Is this a subscription?
No. It is a one-off payment per trip, valid until 60 days after the flight date you enter — enough to cover the guarantee's claim window.
What if my trip is cancelled?
The price is refunded on request if the cancellation happens before the planned date.
Does Pawmit replace my vet?
No. Pawmit organises and dates your paperwork from official sources. Veterinary procedures and official documents remain the responsibility of your vet and the authorities.
Are airline fares guaranteed?
No, they are indicative: only the airline is authoritative. Always confirm with them before booking.
Does the QR pass work without a connection?
Yes. The travel sheet stays readable offline once it has loaded at least once — built for the boarding counter, where airport wifi or roaming often fails.

Can I get a refund after paying, if I change my mind?
