1. Purpose
The service provides a dated action plan, documents pre-filled from the information you enter, and a QR summary pass.
Regulatory information comes from official public sources, cited and dated in the product. It may change between the verification date shown and your travel date.
2. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable — Article 293 B of the French Tax Code (VAT exemption scheme for micro-entrepreneurs). Payment is one-off, with no renewal or subscription.
The plan remains usable until 60 days after the travel date you entered — a window that covers the compliance guarantee's claim period. After that, the account reverts to its unpaid state; your data stays kept under the policy described on the Data page.
3. Right of withdrawal
As digital content is supplied immediately, you expressly consent to immediate performance and waive the fourteen-day withdrawal right.
As a commercial gesture, the price is refunded on request if the trip is cancelled before the planned date.
4. Limits
Airline fares, availability and policies are indicative: only the airline is authoritative. Always confirm with them before booking.
Final acceptance of an animal rests with the airline and the authorities of the destination country. No boarding decision belongs to Pawmit.
5. Disputes
Governing law: French law. An amicable solution is sought before any action.
