    LATAM: short-nosed breeds excluded from the hold

    LATAM's official page now excludes brachycephalic breeds from the hold and no longer restricts them in the cabin — the reverse of what it said before.

  2. September 17, 2026 · effective on October 1, 2026

    European Union: new entry health certificate model

    A certificate issued before 1 October 2026 may follow the old model; from 1 October, the new one applies. Either way, it is valid for only 10 days up to the point of entry into the EU.

A robot checks every day whether the authorities' official pages have changed. When one does, we re-read it by hand before writing anything here: no line is published without the official text.
